NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A member of the chain crew at a sport between Detroit and New Orleans was taken to a hospital with a dislocated knee that occurred when Saints operating again Alvin Kamara was tackled into him.
Saints spokesman Doug Miller mentioned Nick Piazza was in secure situation at College Hospital.
The sport was delayed within the first half so physicians from each groups may deal with Piazza as he lay on the turf alongside the Detroit sideline.
Piazza’s legs have been taken out from beneath him after Lions linebacker Derrick Barnes pushed Kamara arduous over the sideline, inflicting the operating again to lose his footing on the New Orleans 18-yard line. Piazza writhed on the bottom with Kamara trying on.
