Jennifer Lopez is moving into the constructing enterprise.
The plans for the primary animated characteristic from Mattel Movies, which is predicated on the popular youngsters’s tv sequence Bob the Builder, have been unveiled on Thursday.
Anthony Ramos (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts) will star within the film and produce it together with ShadowMachine‘s Corey Campodonico and Alex Bulkley.
Together with Jennifer Lopez, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, and Benny Medina of Nuyorican Productions, who produced Lopez’s earlier movies Shotgun Wedding ceremony, Hustlers, and Marry Me, the trio will even co-produce.
A press announcement said that the film will “have fun the colourful and vibrant textures of the Caribbean Latin nations and their individuals.”
“When Roberto ‘Bob’ travels to the enchanting Island of Puerto Rico for a significant development job, he takes on points affecting the island and digs deeper into what it means to construct,” a synopsis reads.
“For years,” Ramos, 32, stated in a press release, Bob the Builder’s characters have impressed younger individuals all over the world. I’m proud to companion with Mattel Movies, ShadowMachine, Nuyorican Productions and Felipe Vargas to deliver this essential message to the large display screen, including components of life which are impressed by my very own.”

The Bob the Builder movie is being directed by Kevin McKeon, Ivan Sanchez, and Arturo Thur De Koós for Mattel and Natalie Haack Flores for Nuyorican. Felipe Vargas will pen the screenplay.
Between 1999 and 2011, Bob the Builder, a globally syndicated present, lasted for 12 seasons.
