Starfield gamers are utilizing mines as frisbees and it really works nice Categorical Occasions

Starfield – throw mines like frisbees (Image: Reddit)

Sure, you learn that proper. A Reddit user enlightens us with an unexpected way to attack the enemy.

If you have a creative mind you can come up with some very unorthodox ways to loot, fly, and attack in Starfield.

Instead of dodging asteroids while flying, you can shoot and loot them for resources. Instead of scanning planetary planets for data to sell you can scan empty empty gas giants and asteroids instead – and it’s much quicker.

With the help of zero gravity and a mine, you can now add chucking exploding frisbees at your foe to the creative ways to play Starfield.

In a video posted on Reddit, user BadGateway shows this achievement in action.

During a shootout inside a spaceship, they toss a mine that slowly but steadily glides towards a Va’ruun Zealot. BadGateway’s comrade shouts ‘Move’, but it’s too late. The Zealot goes up in smokes.

It’s as hilarious as it’s effective. At least in tight spaces.

Wannabe frisbee-tossing space pirates rejoiced in the comment section. Some of the observations included:

‘I usually prefer using grenades to mines, and now I can use mines as grenades. Thanks for the PSA.’

‘This is one of my favorite low-G things. You can pair this with the slow time power to frisbee 3-4 mines at targets from a distance and they all hit at the same time. It is insane.’

‘Whoa, basic physics. Good job Bethesda, I know it must be hard for you.’

For others, the trick highlighted the need for more zero gravity gunfights in the game generally, as they’re actually surprisingly rare
