The Hassan Metropolis Municipal Council has invited functions from property homeowners in villages, which had been earlier a part of gram panchayats, to get e-khatas.
In a press launch issued on Tuesday, the CMC mentioned the property homeowners should submit the appliance within the prescribed format together with related paperwork, in addition to images. The paperwork required for the e-khata embody Aadhaar card, PAN card, property registration doc, land conversion order, format approval copy, and receipts of cost of property tax to the gram panchayats, the discharge added.
For a lot of months, the residents of villages, which had been merged with the CMC, had been dealing with issues with out e-khatas of their properties.
