The Congress on Sunday introduced its first checklist of social gathering candidates for the Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh and Telangana meeting elections.
Whereas the social gathering introduced 144 social gathering candidates for Madhya Pradesh elections, it introduced 30 candidates for Chhattisgarh polls and one other 55 for Telangana meeting polls slated subsequent month.
In Madhya Pradesh, the social gathering fielded former chief minister and PCC chief Kamal Nath from his Chhindwara meeting constituency. Former chief minister Digvijaya Singh’s son Jaivardhan Singh has been fielded from Raghigath seat. He was a minister within the final Kamal Nath authorities.
In Chhattisgarh, the social gathering fielded its chief minister Bhupesh Baghel from his Patan meeting constituency and deputy chief minister T S Singh Deo from Ambikapur meeting seat.
In Telangana, the social gathering fielded Pradesh Congress chief Anumala Revanth Reddy from Kodangal meeting seat whereas CLP chief Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu has been fielded from Madhira-SC seat.
Whereas Chhatisgarh meeting polls can be held in two phases on November 7 and 17, Madhya Pradesh elections can be held on November 17. Telangana meeting polls be held on November 30.
The outcomes can be declared on December 3.
